A complete refurbishment of a two-bedroom flat in Leytonstone E11. Floors were opened up and insulated, and electric underfloor heating was laid before the new floor finishes went down.
The flat has a new kitchen with white gloss units, a dark worktop, a gas hob and white metro tiles, a bathroom with a bath and a vanity basin, new carpets in the living room and bedroom, recessed ceiling lights in the hall and new internal doors. The living room opens onto the garden through French doors.
