East Finchley Refurbishment Project
Complete cloakroom refurbishment in East Finchley N2, North London, delivered by KRAMAN Ltd. See the photo gallery of this residential renovation project.
About this project
A small downstairs cloakroom in East Finchley N2, refurbished from top to bottom. Before the work it had patterned 1970s-style wall tiles, an old close-coupled toilet and a basin with separate hot and cold taps.
We replaced it with plain white wall tiling, a compact modern toilet and a slimline cloakroom basin with a single mixer tap, set into a tiled recess so it does not project into the room. A mirror above the basin and a chrome heated towel rail finish the room.
Scope of work
- Strip-out of the old cloakroom
- Wall and floor tiling
- Compact toilet and recessed cloakroom basin
- Chrome heated towel rail
